Introduction

Jack Chen graduated from law school of Fudan University with a Juris Master degree. He has 20 years of experience in industrial planning, investment and financing and professional legal services, including 5 years of investment banking team, 5 years of strategic and investment director of large investment group, and 10 years of non-litigation lawyer practice. He specializes in industrial planning, strategic management, as well as investment and financing, M&A, private equity fund and other related legal and investment advisory services. During his tenure as general manager of strategic investment department and general manager of private equity fund of a large investment group, he led the merger and acquisition of Fortune 500 and its post-merger integration project. He led the team to excavate hundreds of industrial investment projects and complete the project filing. He was in charge of commercial, legal and financial due diligence of dozens of projects, conducted the M&A negotiation of these projects, and participated in the post-investment management and business integration of industrial projects.
